Versa heart rate doesn't log in correct data

I notice that when my watch says it's a certain heart rate. Example, it'll say my heart rate is 124 at 3:50 pm. But when you look at the data in your app, it's a completely different number. So which one is right?

I got this watch to help me keep track of my heart rate. I have tachycardia, so at random moments, resting or moving around, my heart rate can get abnormally high. This watch makes me very nervous because I don't know if it's the watch or my heart. Sometimes when I'm relaxing, I'll see my heart rate in the 70s,or 80s. Then in a split second it'll start shooting up to the 120s,130s. Then all of a sudden show back in the 80s again in a split second. Sometimes it goes from one number to the other without dropping in numbers. It just changes. And sometimes it will drop and rise in numbers up and down, up and down over and over for about 3 to 5 mins.

Hi @Veronica805  you might need some time to get used to the Fitbit and how it monitors your heart rate. While the Fitbit is good, it is not a medical device.
