Versa heart rate double, led red/green flash, battery getting low fast

Begining on July 25, my versa's heart rate isn't correct, seems doulbe the real beat. After restart or turn the heartbeat rate on, it's likely normal, but after 20-30 minutes it is getting so high.

 

No the battery usage is high (10% lost for 1-2 hours), the led is flash red and green even it is left on a table.
