Over the last week, it has quit reading bpm. First over night, then randomly during the day. The device has been restarted, toggled on and off in the device settings, all updates checked and even a complete factory reset. Which took all night, but I digress. The chat customer support is either a terrible scripted process or a poor automated computer (Thanks for letting me know....and then disappearing).
There seems to nothing I can do now to restart the lights. Suggestions welcome.
