Versa heart rate has stopped working

Heartrate on my fitbit versa device has stoped working

I don't see flashing light on the back of the watch also

even my reminder to move every hour is stoped 

I shut down the device and turn on

My heartrate feature is on 

I sync so many time 

this issue happen after the update I had.

please help. 

 

Update:

 

My fitbit versa stoped showing heartbit on the display or while doing workout 

its not picking heartbit i dont see the flashing light at the back of the watch.

I have not received a follow up yet regarding the issue with my versa
battery draining nor heart rate issue
