Versa heart rate inaccurate

So basically we buy an expensive watch, it falls apart in less than a year, the tech at that time was more than willing to replace the watch since it was a Fitbit problem and said a new warranty would follow the new watch, then less than a year later on this watch, #2 is failing, Fitbit again admits it's their problem, but I just need to be patient with an expensive useless watch and oh by the way, it's now not covered by the warranty any more.

This is a glowing recommendation for anyone interested in buying a Fitbit.
