So, I bought the Versa to track/monitor my heart rate during exercise. I have to say, I am sorely disappointed in the accuracy.
The resting heart rate seems to be somewhat accurate, but as soon as I start exercising the monitor is 40-50 BPM off. I compared this to a monitor I have with a chest belt and the monitor on my elliptical. I have had chats with Fitbit and they had me re sync the Fitbit and then do a hard reset, which neither worked. I tried to tighten the wrist strap, loosen the strap and move it as far as I could up the arm with no change. Is this a ongoing issue? or is there a solution? If there is no solution, seems like and expensive step counter! And it should not be advertised as a heart monitor.

@bstiger out of curiosity, what HR is your strap showing, and what Versa? Also, may I know what type of exercise you're performing?
