Hi. I'm having same issue. I've followed all community support. Cleaned, restarted, ect. This is really important to me because heart rate is one of the biggest reasons I chose Fitbit. I'm very interested in finding a solution. Elizabeth

Hi @Fun2bfit4life, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Thank you also for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.

If you haven't done so, please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, try the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your heart rate accurately.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello
thanks for the help.
This did not fix the problem. My second fitbit is now experiencing this
same issue.

My Fitbit Versa tracker has been recording an elevated heart rate since July 31st. I am currently sitting down and my heart rate is recording 162bpm. I have had the Fitbit Versa for close to a year and have not had this problem. I have restarted the Fitbit Versa numerous times and have setup from scratch and it still records an elevated heart rate. I see that others in the Fitbit community are experiencing the same issue. Please help as I rely on my Fitbit.
