My heart rate is not working on my Versa watch

Hi @Aroseolinger On the Versa, check that Heart Rate is turned on (go to the settings app and scroll down). Try restarting the Watch several times. If it still doesnt work, try a Factory Reset (settings app and scroll down to About). If it is still not working you will need to contact Support.
