My sleep stages have not been tracking. It says it couldn't get a consistent heart rate, but when I go look at my heart rate log it shows it has been tracking. I have tried wearing it tighter, looser, higher, and restarted the Versa. Any ideas on how to fix this? TIA

@tasha831 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Thank you for restarting your Versa and trying different ways to wear your tracker at night. Your Versa may be affected by how much you move while sleeping as it can place it in a position it may not properly record your heart rate. You mentioned that there is heart rate readings for the night but this could be interrupted for brief periods or time and this will interrupt the sleep calculation. Make sure you wear your tracker a little bit tight (it should still be comfortable to wear). Also don't use the app to record your sleep. You may not get sleep stages in general for the following reasons:
Additionally check this article to improve your heart rate reading.

I contacted support and they solved it for 1 night. They had me turn off the HR on the Versa, then sync, then turn the HR back on, then sync again. This seemed to solve it the first night, but last night it didn't work. sighhh. Maybe I'll have to turn off and on the HR before bed every night.
