Help! A couple of days ago I updated my Versa 2 to the latest Fitbit software 3.30 version. Since this time I have continuously reset both the watch and app on my phone to try and get the HR monitor to operate properly. I have had it working only brief periods before it crashes again. Deleted the Fitbit app and reinstalled it this morning, and although it is syncing the HR monitor still does not work.
Does anyone have experience/solution for this concern?
