Versa heart rate lights not working

My heart rate lights don’t work. I’ve removed Versa from app, removed app from phone, reset versa and restored the watch to factory settings. I’ve cleaned the back of watch, cleaned my arm and lights still don’t flash. Also doesn’t receive calls or notifications.

Based on mine, and many other experiences I’m sorry but you’re out of luck. This is an obvious flaw in the product and FitBit should make this right with customers.

Odds are, if this one doesn’t last for a few years I’ll not get another
one. It also takes forever to connect when I’m heading out for run.

Seems that I get this same problem as well with one of our fitbit charge 3 watches. I sure hope someone can helps us with solving it. As the person where I did buy it is saying there is NO warranty anymore on it. (Just over a year or so old)

 

Terrible if something like that happens ....

How many colors on the make are supposed to be lite up?? I only have a green and I thought that I had 2 colors before??

Since doing the latest iodate, the green sensor lights are no longer working. I have tried to restart, take back to factory settings and still nothing

I did the EXACT same thing. Love my Garmin Vivoactive so far.

Like the amount of money these cost, these errors should not be happening! I’ve searched thread after thread and these issues have been going on for years and nothing has been done to rectify it! So bloody frustrating!!

Definitely, I have now purchased a Garmin and love it. Unfortunately my fitbit is sat in a drawer and probably will never turn on again! Not surprised they havent got any updates yet, fitbit dont care and will never fix these issues.

I can’t believe the lack of care from Fitbit, I’ve read so many threads about people experiencing issues and throughout every thread everyone has mention the lack of support and responsibility from Fitbit. I honestly wish I looked into this detail before I purchased this! What a waste of money!!

To Moderator JuanJoFitbit and any other moderator willing to listen to us! Are you not reading any of these posts from customers that are having the SAME EXACT problems with their devices? I say that because there have been no further responses from any moderators in this thread. This is a widespread problem which needs to be addressed, or at least acknowledged!

 

Funny how there was one reply from a moderator on this thread referring someone to customer service, but since that time......crickets! Looks like everyone at Fitbit wants to look the other way.

Same here. I don’t drop my Cerda and I take good care of it. For the first time the lights stopped working and I tried everything. If it doesn’t work I won’t buy another Fitbit again!

I have tried all troubleshooting options and nothing is working, I have even factory reset my watch and it's still not working

I’ve done the same, exhausted all troubleshooting and factory reset twice and still nothing! I emailed Fitbit support, called them 3 times and was told yesterday they’d respond immediately... over 24hrs later, still nothing from them!! I wish I never purchased this device, it’s a waste of money and the service is even worse!
