Versa heart rate monitor not working

Hi, I got my Versa 2 months ago and the heart rate monitor just stopped working a few days ago. I tried everything there is to try and it still isn't working. What should I do ?

Hi, go to the settings of your Versa and switch the HR off, restart your Versa several times and after that switch the HR on again. Did you already do that? BTW, is the green light of the HR sensor working? Otherwise, contact Customer Support about it.

thanks for your help ! Yes I tried all of that already but it looks like the sensor is no longer working. I don't see the green light like I used too. I wrote an email to customer services but is there a phone number I can call ?

I tried turning the setting off and restarting the watch again and it worked ! I had to do it 4 times but it finally worked and the sensor is back on.

I have the same problem, I try your solution (turn off and reboot, turn on and reboot). At the start the green light is turn on but after a seconds it is turn off forever, so no tracking the heat rate.

My Heart rate also not workinhg. I tried many time and the led greenlight sensor still not working.. Any idea to check what is the problem
