Versa heart rate monitor not working

My heart rate lights don’t work. I’ve removed Versa from app, removed app from phone, reset versa and restored the watch to factory settings. I’ve cleaned the back of watch, cleaned my arm and lights still don’t flash. 
I’m just out of my warranty period so really disappointed if it won’t work again.

Hi @Carlzberg4, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate sensors stopped working. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
