Versa heart rate monitor not working

I've tried everything suggested here and still no he and no green light any thing else I can do

My versa does not show my hr and the green light that flashes on the back is not on

Just in case, you presumably went to settings on the watch and turned on heart rate and shutdown the watch and started it on the charger.

No I just charge it from wrist to charger
