The heart rate monitor on my versa has stopped working, it stopped working during a work. It has been cleaned, reset and fully charged and still not working. The lights underneath are no longer

Check in Settings on the watch that Heart rate hasn't been turned off, and even so try off/on or on/off/on.

Then go to About and at the bottom Shutdown, either put it on charge or push the button a few seconds to start it again.
