I purchased my Fitbit Versa on 2/15/19. Several weeks ago, my heart rate monitor would not read a heart rate at all. I googled the issue and saw a video on how to reset the Versa and it worked. I have had to reset the watch on several occasions since then. Within the past few days, the heart rate monitor has simply gone crazy. While typing this message, it has my heart rate up to 168. I might be frustrated, but I'm not THAT frustrated. For two days, my heart rate has either been ridiculously high, goes blank and shows nothing, or gets stuck on one number and won't budge. Please help!

@JLepp welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and help you with the heart rate tracking issues that your Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the tips and troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This may contains steps that you already did but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your heart rate accurately.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
