Done all steps to reset heart rate monitor to no avail!! Now what? So disappointed 😑

None of those steps worked! This Fitbit is only year old received as a gift. I wear it daily, nothing out of normal. I take it off when doing dishes and bathing. Brought case protectors and invested in several watch bands. Need a repair option with instructions. Please! No solution hit the button by mistake.
