I have had the Versa 18 months. Last week, the heart rate monitor stopped working. I have:
cleaned it
did countless shutdowns
checked the heart rate in the settings-tuned it off and on after syncing
did 3 factory resets
I have pretty much did everithing I have found on line. I called Fitbit Friday and they were not helpful at all-basically-there is nothing we can do-here is a coupon for 25% off your next Fitbit-which again was ridiculous considering they were still cheaper on Amazon.
Does anyone have any other advice? The Heart Rate monitor is so important to my workouts and I am just so disappointed this has failed.

@Dalton0918, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your heart rate. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty.
The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.

Same problem with mine as well. Worked fine until latest firmware update. File a complaint with the FTC. If enough people inform the trade Commission perhaps they will apply some pressure to this poorly developed product.
