The heart rate monitor stopped detecting my HR last week and the green lights have gone. I've tried resetting the device 5 times, I've clicked shutdown on the device then restarted. I've ensured that HR is clicked 'on' on both the device and the app, and have re-synced with the app numerous times.
I've completed 4 activities since it stopped working that I would have expected the device to detect a raised HR.
I've followed all the guidelines in the support community and anything I can find on the internet.
The device is 18 months old and hasn't been damaged. Is that the longest I can expect the device to last?
