Yesterday my Fitbit versa heart sensor stopped working.
After searching for solutions on the Fitbit community platform I have tried the following:
1.Going to settings on the Fitbit and checking to see if the heart rate monitoring is enabled. This has not worked. It is enabled and yet the sensor is not working.
2. Rebooting the Fitbit by pressing the button on the left and the bottom right, waiting for the Fitbit icon to appear and restart. This has not worked as well.
Is there any other solution that I can try?
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Currently going through the same problem. Worked fine till middle of last week then has completely died.
Have tried switching heart rate tracking off and on and re-syncing and fully shutting down the device through the About menu which brought the heart rate green leds back for all of about 5 seconds.
Have tried cleaning it. Have tried full factory reset and update of firmware.
Still nothing. Dead.
