I've had my Versa since Christmas and to be honest I haven't synced it since march but I didn't see that as necessary. For a couple of weeks now the heart beat sensor has stopped working fully I've tried turning the setting on and off and nothing happens. Please provide a solution to this thanks x

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight and monitor the heart rate to see if the issue got corrected.
