Just started using my Versa on Saturday 6/16/18 - heart rate monitoring is way too high compared to my Apple Watch version 3 which I replaced w/ the new Fitbit - any suggestions?

@Jujubes yeah, I know - but I don't get what a Pebble watch has to do with the Versa heart rate monitoring, which is what everyone was talking about in this thread...I thought...??
The watch you're showing in that pic is not a Pebble watch. It's a Fitbit Versa.

@AD1971 I am talking about the versa. The customer service rep told me she was sending me a new versa pebble. She explained that they call that component of the watch a pebble. Not sure why you are so worried about what I called it. I’m just concerned that I bought a versa 2 months ago and it’s already crapped out.

@Jujubes I'm concerned because you're calling it the wrong name. It's a Fitbit Versa. Not a Pebble watch. Pebble is a totally different brand of watch than Fitbit Versa. People who read here might not know the difference and be misinformed. That's how false information spreads. Sorry to hear your Versa didn't work out.

I’ve woke up to the exact same thing today! Did you ever get a fix for this? Thanks x

Well, you'd better hope the problem surfaced within 365 days of buying your Versa, because Fitbit does not stand by its product. I bought mine 14 months ago and the heart-rate problem surfaced three days ago, so all they're offering me is a crappy 25% discount on a new Fitbit. I shouldn't have to buy a new one after 14 months.
To make things worse, in the support chat, when the agent said she emailed me the discount email, I turned to look at it, and went back to the chat to reply that it was NOT acceptable, she cut me off AS I WAS TYPING because I hadn't responded in 30 seconds.
HORRIBLE customer service. I will be purchasing another brand of fitness watch today - there's no way I will continue to give money to a company that doesn't stand by its product. I totally get that glitches happen - no product is immune to that. But it's how you handle it that is the measure of a company, and Fitbit is obviously NOT an honorable company.
I will NEVER use Fitbit again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that Fitbit is a dishonorable company that makes a flawed product.
