My Heart Rate is not syncing.

I’m having the same issue.  I thought that it was because my battery was so low but I charged it and it’s still not working.

I am sorry to hear that your watches aren't showing your heart rate information. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. If the issue is directly with syncing, follow the steps provide in the article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
