Versa heart rate not showing

Hi all. My versa had been working fine till this morning. Now on the watch it just says bpm were the heart rate should be. I have turned the heart rate off and synced and then turned it back on and synced. I have also turned on and off my fitbit and also reinstalled it on my phone. Still just says bpm and now actual heart rate. Can anyone help me?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary and make sure the watch is positioned properly.

@PaulCarruthers welcome to our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, since your Versa is not showing your heart rate even though you have tried several troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.

 

In addition to the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
