Hi,

my exercise detects the run properly. But I can’t see the heart rate statistics that is, time spent in each zone. Before updating to the latest version, it was fine but not it fails to show

heart rate is working, but it also doesn’t show the heart rate detected during the run

Welcome to the Community @Vgela! I'm sorry for the late response.

For Ionic and Versa, you can customize the stats you see on the screen for each exercise. Set the top and bottom stats, and swipe the middle stat to see more details or the time of day.

To customize your stats:

  1. On your watch, open the Exercise app > swipe to choose an exercise.
  2. On the exercise screen, tap the gear icon in the top left.
  3. Find Customize Stats.
  4. Make your choices for the top, middle, and bottom stats.
  5. Press the back button to return to the exercise screen.
  6. Tap the exercise screen and then tap the play icon to start the workout.

Give this a go and let me know if you heart rate is showing during your runs as it used to. I'll be around, keep me posted.

I wear a Versa and record my exercise in the app. Usually, at the end of my exercise, I get a summary that includes:

- a map of the route

- pace for each mile

- time in heart rate zones

- heart rate graph

- calories burned graph

- impact on my day (steps, total calories burned, exercise minutes

Three days ago, the app stopped showing the time in heart rate zones. Everything else is still there. What gives? I miss that stat!

I’m having the same issue with my Charge 3. Mine also started omitting this info 3 days ago. My heart rate is definitely being detected and recorded. I can view it on the heart rate tile in app. No heart rate in the exercise summary which is frustrating.

Have they limited it to being able to have three stats: top,  middle,  bottom?

I’m having the same app problem. Since this morning, if I try to add heart rate or sleep back to my screen, it says “you can only add with Fitbit that does HR rate monitoring, this does not include Charge”. I have a versa but it won’t let me add.

I’m having the same problem with my Versa. I opened up the app and sleep, heart rate and hourly steps are gone. When I try to add them back, the options are greyed out.

My andriod app is still ok for now.  iOS is the one that's not working.  Looks to be an app upgrade issue.

It still does not work. I believe from looking on the internet that it is not just a versa problem. It appears to be since the last update.

My iPad app corrected itself within a day or two.
