Versa heart rate not tracking and vibrating randomly

My Versa watches heart rate has stopped tracking my heart rate properly such as stopping tracking altogether when i start an exercise or displaying an unbelievably high heart rate that couldn’t possibly be my heart rate (I would be in cardiac arrest). It has also started vibrating a lot when there’s no messages coming in just vibrates on its own for no reason. I tried restarting it and hasn’t helped

Similar issues. I'll do 4 sets of 10 burpees and my heart rate is 80 and I know it's around 150 bpm. In accurate and un reliable. Customer service had me reset it and explain its a different algorithms than a strap type heart monitor. The product isn't reliable period.

I'm experiencing the same thing. The response from CS isn't right/fair, when it was working just fine before the update.
