Versa heart rate not working properly.

My Versa isn’t working properly to read my heart rate and isn’t picking up sleep either. I’m also having issues with the app picking up my accurate steps in the target hours - shows as done on the watch, not on the app despite syncing. Also the watch isn’t picking up active minutes because of the heart rate prob. I’ve ensured my heart rate is switched on on the settings app of the device - send help

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and then check if the heart rate is now working properly. 

 

When it comes to the hourly activity, We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
