Versa heart-rate not working properly

Hey I have a Versa, unsure which model and the sensor stopped working and the HR is just stuck on a random number. I've read about turning the HR on and off but I don't have that options list to do that, I can just set my max HR. Any other tricks? It's been about a week. The steps work and everything else is fine but not the HR.

Thanks and I thought a factory reset had worked but the sensor stopped
again after about 15 mins. If I do a soft reset the sensor flashes once or
twice but then the HR is stuck and it no longer flashes. It is definitely
not fixed and currently the HR is stuck on 97. Any other suggestions?
