How is this the acceped solution??? Don’t buy it?? My Versa 2 bpm used to work and I’d see the green lights for a second when I took it off, but now nothing.
Unless you bought it somewhere with a generous return policy you have to contact customer service and start jumping through all their tedious hoops. Good luck! I'm on my 3rd Versa.
I have tried everything to get a heart rate on my versa. I have turned it off turned it on. I have reset it. There is no light in the back at all. What else am I to do.? And the heart rate button is on under settings
Start a conversation with customer service. They will make you jump through lots of hoops but hopefully it will end with a new Versa for you. Good luck!

Yes! This is my problem. Versa was working perfectly until I swapped wrist. Left wrist has a tattoo and the HR monitor stopped working. Just this minute swapped it back to right wrist and it started immediately !
