Versa heart rate not working

So, I just got out of the shower 1 hour ago and put my versa back on. The heart rate reads “- - bpm, 72 resting” I reset the Fitbit and nothing happens. Help please

Unpair the Fitbit, then re-pair the Fitbit. This should solve the problem

Unfortunately, this tip did not work for me.  For the past two days, my Versa hasn't logged my sleep, shown any heart rate, and the battery drains within 24 hours.  Any other suggestions?
