I have done all the trouble shooting ... spoken to 2 chatbots , sent a mail and when I tried to reply to mail .. got a “ Undelivered mail “ in return . I believe my Fitbit is broken (after 4 months ) . The heart rate is turned on but not working, no green lights , no sleep patterns etc. What do I do ? I’ve restored all factory settings as instructed by chatbot.

Hi, Did you ever get your Versa fixed?
I have the same problem, but have not done any factory reset. It's 9am, I'm sitting at work, and my Fitbit versa is ON/OFF recording HR very high over 156bpm, when my resting rate is 69-75. It also says I have already 155 Active Minutes and over 2K calories burned. My Sleep tracking is not working, it says I received a simplified version, because the tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while sleeping. This is going on for the last 4 days.
