I have a fitbit versa that is only a couple months old and it stopped measuring heart rate 4 days ago. I have restarted the device 2x and charged the battery 100% and it still isn't working. What should I do next?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.

I had the same problem. Try a different clock face. Some of them are buggy
