My Versa is 15 months old and i have experienced several malfunctions with the heart rate being inaccurate and my watch face going completely black. I have reset it several times following Fitbit's troubleshooting suggestions but finally contacted customer support to be told it was out of warrnaty and they would not replace the pebble. Horrible!
