Has anybody had any trouble with their versas heart rate monitor not working. I have gone through all the trouble shoots and still nothing.

Can anybody give me help on this topic please, I enjoy the heartrate monitor aspect of my fitbit especially during my workouts.  I just switched to the versa from my charge 3 as the versa can do a lot more but and I'm starting to regret that decision.
