Received a Versa as a gift in May (with purchased warranty). It worked fine for two months. I had uploaded numerous apps and music.
Charge lasted less than 1 day
Heart rate way off (up to 180 beats per minute while just sitting) - after about a week - heart rate signal completed stopped.
Sleep tracking not accurate - showing sleep of 1-2 hours every night even though I sleep at least 6 hours consistently each night.
Heart Rate and steps are being logged while device is charging.
Restarted the Versa about 20 times.
Did factory reset in July and returned it to Best Buy. They could not issue a refund as it had been more than 30 days. I received a new Versa BUT they informed me that Fitbit had discontinued offering any warranty on the Versa. So the$40 paid for the warranty would be a complete loss (they could not reimburse that cost or offer warranty on the new Versa.
I set up the new Versa and did not download any music or apps. I have only been tracking steps, sleep and heart rate. Worked fine until yesterday and now experiencing the same issues as above!!!
What are my options? Can I be reimbursed for the cost?

Similar issues here. Did you happen to buy special edition version or standard?

Heartrate wouldn’t consistently track, would not sync with app correctly. Restarted iPhone & helped for one day. Showed 102 steps but burned almost 1000 calories. I wish! Afraid to keep it longer, did all troubleshooting. Returning watch today, extra white leather band & IQShields screen protectors all for full refund. Think I will stay content with Charge 2 that’s been reliable for ten months. Wanted watch for swimming but too many negative reviews for Versa!
