I’m on my second Versa after my first one was defective due to the green light in the back not blinking. Fitbit sent me a new one back in May and was working fine up until now. My resting heart rate is showing about 150 BPM.... which is totally inaccurate. I called customer support and they told me to wait until the new update from the engineering team. I’m so disappointed, my next fitness tracker will definitely be the Apple Watch.

I have the same issue - none of those things help. All we hear is "wait for the engineers to fix it"..I am also looking at an Apple Watch. The HR issue is insane.

I know, it's the main reason why I bought the Versa... to track my HR and fitness activity. So frustrating. I can't get a refund because my husband bought the Versa on Amazon, and we are way passed the 30 day period. So now I feel that he just thew $240 in the trash.
