Good Day,
Please can you assist, I have got a replacement Versa on the 11/10/2018, this watch however is not syncing unless I shut it down first. Also the heart rate monitor is totally off. The reading is not right.
Please advise what I should do ?

Your Versa should sync without having to shut it down first. Please follow the instructions from help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Could you also please let me know if the heart rate sensor is not working at all or what is exactly happening with it? How are you wearing your device? Which is the exercise you're performing?
