Versa heart rate readings are not accurate

For the past 3 months my resting heart rate has been rising and falling drastically about every 3 weeks. Sometimes at a rate of 2 bpm per day. The changes don’t seem to line up with any stressful events, or changes in routine. My average resting heart rate is around 66 but I’ve risen all the way to 74 and dropped all the way down to 53, although those are the more extreme cases and usually rise to 71ish and fall to 62ish. I’m wondering if these constant variations of about 10 bpm are normal. I find it especially weird bc it seems to be cyclic, every 3 weeks almost like clock work.

Hi @Cm1418, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate accurately.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
