Versa heart rate, screen and battery issues

My fitbit versa 1 started about 2 months ago playing up. It started with the heart rate, it was saying it was a 0 at all times. Then yesterday i charged it to 100% and not even 24h later it was at 0%. When i went into alarms and settings on my fitbit it glitched out, i cannot access most things on my fitbit now. I have only has this versa for a year and about 3 weeks, should i come in and see if u can fix it?

Watches aren't physically reparable.

 

Check for condensation in the back windows of the watch using a magnifying glass. If its not that probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
