My Versa Heat Rate stop working. The light on the back of watch is green and not flashing. I have rebooted, clean the back, uninstalled etc. I had this watch for three months and I had so many problems with it, its not worth the headache. Does anyone has any ideas before I return this watch!

what colors are they supposed to be? I cannot find an answer? I have only a green light that flashes. I thought that there were 2 lights when I bought it
