My sensory light on my versa quit working. I contact customer service and they had me do a shut down but that didn’t fix the problem. Any suggestions?

I got in touch with the Support team about your case and I was told that you've received further assistance via email about your watch. Since they have access to all your details, I'd recommend to reply back to them if you have more questions about their resolution.
