Can anyone help. Fitbit versa has no flashing green light, heart rate has not been detected for 2 weeks! no longer syncing with my phone Huawei P30 lite

Thanks for letting me know that the heart rate sensor isn't working correctly. I understand how useful this feature is for you and let me help you with this natter. I got in touch with the Support team to forward your post, but it seems your already have a case created with them. Because they have access to your watch's details, please follow their recommendations and keep an open communication with them.
