1) If your Versa stops reporting your heart rate and the lights on the back of the Versa is flashing red:
You may want to try a factory reset on your Versa by going the the setting / factory reset.
After doing a factory reset, if the lights are still flashing red, the Versa will have to be replaced.
2) If your Versa keeps reporting a much lower heart rate than the actual heart rate and keeps losing the heart rate connection, you will have to adjust the position of the Versa on your wrist as follow:
Adjust the position of your Versa so that it is at least one finger width away from the Carpal bone (big wrist bone).
You will be amazed at the difference in accuracy and your connection will no longer be in lost.

@Nscavone Please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. Perform this procedure several times if necessary.

@Castalure Thanks for sharing this! 😄 Just a side note, Versa has both green and red lights. 😄

I do not have any flashing lights on the back since I charged it Wed night. Any suggestions? No longer have heart rate or sleep info. Thanks.

@Nscavone Did you manage to make the heart rate sensor work again? Did you toggle it off and on and reboot the device?
