1) If your Versa stops reporting your heart rate and the lights on the back of the Versa is flashing red:
You may want to try a factory reset on your Versa by going the the setting / factory reset.
After doing a factory reset, if the lights are still flashing red, the Versa will have to be replaced.
2) If your Versa keeps reporting a much lower heart rate than the actual heart rate and keeps losing the heart rate connection, you will have to adjust the position of the Versa on your wrist as follow:
Adjust the position of your Versa so that it is at least one finger width away from the Carpal bone (big wrist bone).
You will be amazed at the difference in accuracy and your connection will no longer be in lost.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. Versa 2 here. Tried several times. Heart rate not showing on watch, only on app. No red lights on back, only green. Any other suggestions? Maybe complete reboot? TIA for any help!

Thanks much for responding! I tried shutting down multiple times. Nothing worked. This morning I thought to reinstall the clock face. That worked! After 2 days of research and stumbling around with no success....
