I couldn't agree more! I had the Charge HR for years and it never had any problems. Upgraded to the Versa last summer and in a couple of months the heart rate function stopped working, giving me "--" symbol no matter what i tried, including factory reset and everything else customer service suggested. In the end, because warranty expired and i didn't have the original receipt they will not give me a replacement but a small discount like you. The versa is a COMPLETE AND ABSOLUTE JUNK. On top of that, the two customer service reps I spoke to were rude, impatient and inexperienced. I am seriously considering switching to an apple watch. For now, I've gone back to using my old Charge HR since it still works fine.
Can i use an apple watch on an android phone? I am thinking i may need to change phones in other to get the apple watch...

You will need the Apple phone to use Apple watch, but I had both phones before and the Apple phone is the way to go, if you never used it before, it may take a little time to get used to it, but when I went from Apple to Android it was very different but then I decided to go back to Apple after a couple years and couldn't be more happier since going from Fitbit to Apple watch, battery life isn't as good, but you wont mind

I have no HR on/off option listed in my account section of my versa. My sensor lights are still off, I have tried rebooting and completely turning off then back on.

My first one lasted 5-7 months. I've had the replacement almost a year.🤞🏽Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Note9, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone.

I wanted to provide an update on the Senor Light NOT working. GREAT NEWS! I managed to get it to work all by myself! It was a fluke though. I did another factory reset this morning and when it prompts you to plug it to the charger, I plugged it to my computer instead of a wall outlet. And after doing all the factory reset steps, BOOM! The sensor works! After over 2 months without, the sensor light NOW works!!!
I'm not holding my breath that it will last but I will keep the forum posted if the sensor stays working or if the issue comes back. Hopefully, i can get a few months of life out of it.
Fingers crossed!

Have you done a factory reset? Try that. When it prompts you to charge it, plug it to a computer or laptop instead of a wall outlet. I fixed mine that way and hopefully it works for you.

Yeah mine hasn’t been working all week. Tried all the tips numerous time with no luck. Everything seems to work fine till they do updates for me. Fitbit needs to get their act together & take care of their customers bad.

Okay so I had an issue with battery life recently it only lasts maybe 12 hours I have to go back to using my charge 2 with all the recent craziness I haven't been able to get back in touch with you all about the Versa now as I started troubleshooting it again the sensory light for the heartbeat monitor is not working at all I've tried all the resets and still can't get it to work. What should I do in this situation?
