Versa heart rate sensor not working

i had reset my devices, charge and try whatever step as mention and refer as previous topic but my sensor light not working at all after workout. Please help?

I have had this fitbit versa less than a week. Had a terrible time setting it up. Realized the sensor wasnt working so I shut it down from settings and it took 2 days before it would turn back on. Now sensor is still not working. I'm scared to shut it down again

Definitely contact customer service.  That shouldn't be happening this early in the game...they will replace it under warranty.

That's the issue I had with my first one that last only 5 months. Since it was still under warranty they sent a replacement that lasted maybe a year. As much as I loved the features...I'm done.  Just bought the Samsung Watch from Best Buy along with their 2-year placement warranty. Best Buy will not sell their extended warranty for Fitbits....understandably.

I have tried all of the steps listed in the above posts.  I have factory reset, shut down, restarted, and turned HR on/off but I am still not seeing the green LED light come on or a HR reading.  Please help!

If it is still under warranty Fitbit had been replacing. If not, they'll offer a 20% discount on a new one.😑

Thanks. Just did the reboot and green light now flashing and I have a heart rate again!

Isn't it a little weird that all of us are having the same issue with our Fitbit Versas? At this point, it's obvious that this is a defective product and all of us have wasted our time and money and replacements that keep being sent. I'm going on my 4th one going down on me in the last year and a 1/2 and now I'm out of the warranty. I contacted your customer service and I got sent a lovely 35% off coupon because they want me to stay in the fitbit family. That's utter b*******. What a waste of my own money. This product is horrible! I am so upset with you guys and your company could care less that this is happening!

Hi,  i have a versa lite which i purchased around 18months.  During lockdown the sensor lite stopped working and i have tried everything to get it going and it still not flashing..... just blank.  i have had to go back to my fitbit flex which i have had for several years.  any ideas as to why this has happened.

It's a Versa thing. Read the reviews and blogs.  Same issue with everyone. I wish I had.

I hope you find an answer, because mine has been dead since early November as well.  I don't want to buy a new one, thing are tight enough right now.

I switched to Samsung to match my phone.

I am getting — instead of heart rate, tried rebooting, turning HR setting on off. Not working.

Have you read the post in the blog? The majority of the complaints are about the heart rate monitor.

Yes, I have. I tried it all and read through so many posts in hopes of
making it work. Disappointing for sure. I'm going for a Samsung watch this

I’m pretty sure the rare part is it happening fast and twice. Mine is currently do it but it’s 11 months old so. Also this is why you spend a little more on warranty to get the year

hey
actually, I sent it to the place for checking to see whether the problem is
gonna be fixed or not. unfortunately, they told me that the problem is
related to the CPU and cannot be fixed. So I am looking to buy another
better brand which could be able to support me if I would face a problem.
I am very disappointed with Fitbit company I won't get back to this brand
as their team didn't answer as well as I was concerned.

I wish I had done more research and read the blogs before purchasing the Versa. Very happy with my Samsung Watch to go with my phone.
