I really enjoyed my Versa until now. I liked being able to see my heart rate throughout the day and as I was exercising!

I think I'm going to switch to Apple. There are too many people posting
about this problem. And if I can only return it once, I'd hate for it to
happen again. 😞

I called Fitbit, after confirming I tried all attempts to reset and failed.
They are replacing it as it was still within the one year warranty. It was
a 15 minute call, they were helpful and pleasant to work with.

That’s great!  Mine had just passed the warranty period by a few weeks.

It’s amazing to me that they told me my situation was uncommon. Look at all of the posts with the same issue!

😢I’m sorry. We spend a lot of money on them, it’s a shame they don’t last.
Seems like a prevalent problem

They were helpful and pleasant when I needed my first one replaced.  When my replacement stopped working they were far from helpful and pleasant.

You’ll see.  Your replacement will eventually quit working right just like the rest of us. Then they’ll offer you a 25% of coupon to buy more of their trash.

Same here. Hope the replacement last longer than the 6 1/2 months of the first one which will leave me with only 5 1/2 months on the replacement watch.

My replacement didn’t last a day. The buttons don’t work. I can’t tell the
time let alone my stats. The battery doesn’t hold a charge more than 24
hours. I’m soooooo frustrated!!!!! Customer service originally good,
this time around not so much

WOW!!!  Now I'm REALLY concerned. Plus, I highly recommended the Versa to a couple of friends prior to the sensor failure.  Hopefully the replacement will last long enough for me to save up for an Apple watch.🤣

May I quote a few of the lyrics from one of the late Luther Vandross's singles,   :musical_notes:First time, a mistake; second time, a bad decision; third time, won't be one 'cause I won't let you do that to me.:musical_notes:

I’ve got a new Apple Watch. Sad really, I love the Fitbits I’ve had in the
past, and I didn’t want to spend more money, but first time shame on them,
second time shame on me. Not doin it.
