For the past week my versa has been doubling my Actual heart rate. I have checked my pulse multiple times and with my husbands versa, clicked it as half what mine registered. I have factory reset my versa and disconnected/reconnected the device. It’s at 100% power and the red light on the back of my versa won’t turn off... please help!!!

Hi @Amperry09, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To troubleshoot the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit Versa, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed.

I am also having the same issue. The last 2 days it has been on red all day all night. It was doubling my heart rate today until I reset it several times and now it seems to be corrected but the light is on consistently.

I’m having the same issue with my sensor being red constantly and having the battery drain quickly. Mine isn’t reading a heart rate at all today, even after resetting the device and cleaning the back of the watch.

So after a few days of having my watch drain after a few hours, not sensing my heart rate, having the red sensor on all day constantly my screen began to glitch randomly opening apps and switching through different things until I reset it. It worked for a day and then this morning the screen only shows color columns or glitched colors no longer able to read anything and the red light sensor stays on. I have reset it again and it is no Longer loading it just shows color columns. I’m guessing it will no longer work. Not sure what to do.
