My first Versa was replaced after the sensors stopped working.
My second one was working fine and then the battery went from 2 days to 10 hours in one weekend. Now the sensors stopped working too.
The first one lasted less than a year, the second one, less than two years.
I like the watches and the software

Hello @caliaa, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Or are they completely unresponsive? To fix this heart rate tracking issue, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified there. Please let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Ricardo, but that didn't work. All the sensors are completely dead. I restarted and even reset the watch but they're still dead.
