Versa heart rate sensors stopped working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

About 2 days ago my versa HR reading was reading my rate above 200BPM and never stabilised. Today the sensors have completely stopped working. No red light or green light. Steps are not being recognised and either are calories or HR/BPM. I have tried turning HR on/off with no luck. I have also reset and reboot and again no joy. The only thing that works is the time. I only have my versa a year 😔 can anyone help? Thanks Julie.

Hi @Julie-spinqueen, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the heart rate tracking and sensor issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

After this, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article. After this, check out if your watch tracks your heart rate properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
